Chevron Banner- Who doesn't love that?

My friend Charity let us know that Practical Scrappers was doing a feature on banners and garlands.
I became the proud owner of some new Studio Calico Mr. Huey's at the Scrapbook Steals retreat and went to town on this card. It's really a hodge podge of MME elements and washi with spray ink ;)
