Summer Solace Tree Card

I made this card for a dear family member who just lost their spouse. I know sympathy cards can be so hard to make sometimes. This one was no different really.

I hope your days are filled with comfort and peace this Easter season.

Sympathy with Sweet Stamp Shop

Sympathy cards seem to be some of the hardest cards for me to make. I love this image by the Sweet Stamp Shop called "Sentimental Birds".

I folded a piece of acetate and then attached the aqua piece of paper to the inside front of the card. I used my Kaleidoscope ink pad to ink up the birds and attached that panel to the front of the acetate.
I stamped the sentiment and another row of birds and attached that to the inside back panel and didn't worry about seeing a bit of adhesive on the rear of the card. ;)

A little washi tape and sentiment on the front and it was ready to mail.
Hope you have a wonderful day. I have family on the way and a WHOLE HOUSE to clean ;)
