This card almost makes me think of a fortune cookie. I water colored the heart with Tim Holtz distress ink. I covered a sheet of cardstock with washi tape and then punched out the circles. After I embossed the card base I sewed the washi circles on and then popped up the heart on top.

Love that background! The embossing is awesome...so is the distress/watercoloured heart!
