Sweet Stamp Shop Release Nesting Banner

Welcome, welcome! How exciting that the new release from Sweet Stamp Shop is finally here!

I really really really like nesting dolls. They're such fun images to make cards with. I have a sweet friend who I make a Matroyska card for every year and when I saw the brand new set, NESTING,
I knew it was perfect!
I have someone very specific in mind for this sweet little banner. She's adding to her family this year, another little boy. That will make there family of seven now a family of eight! What an inspiration she is to me-especially because even at 8 months pregnant she can still run laps around me ;0.
The papers are from Echo Park and Basic Grey. The chip stickers are also from Basic Grey. The washi is from Love My Tapes.

I didn't want to make the banner super baby specific but I did want it to speak to life and growth and the journey a family embarks on each time a new little blessing enters their home.

I used the Sweet Alpha Doodles set here to spell "grow". All of the inks I used are Stampin' Up.

I also used the Sentimental Birds set multiple times on each of the banner pages. The sentiment is made with sayings from the Sentimental Birds set as well.
I hope that your day is bright and cheery! Make sure to leave some time to craft and if you're looking for

Garnet # 9: Carnival Fun

This layout was based off of a wonderful sketch by Kristy Lee over at Scrapbook Steals! I flipped it and changed the pic sizes to make it fit what I had on hand.

My kiddos love the "drops of snowcone juice" all over the layout...they said it was Jonah's fault because he had orange. :) Thanks to E for the Studio Calico Mr. Hueys.

EP's A Walk in the Park was the perfect match for this themed layout.

Date stamped and ready for the book.

Sparkly AC Thickers made the best title.
Have a wonderful day and get scrappy.

Wocket Pocket Card

Jakob has this book called "There's a Wocket in my Pocket". He loves it. I just love saying "Wocket"!
I wanted to make a pocket card to I could send a little something to a dear girl I know...really little...mailable. :)

I cleaned out my craft room and found tons of stickers I've had forever and I thought to myself, self, you should really try to use some of these. I think these flowers may be Jolee's from about 6 years ago. The bird and other ppr are from Echo Park. Pennant banner from MME.

I hope she likes her little treat.

Cousin love: MWM Topaz#2 Sketch

Oh how I love gray and yellow...if only my husband felt the same way our house would be decked out :). Recently we had a visit from my sister in law and her sweet family. They've been in the Phillipines and are soon headed off to Singapore. We had the shortest, sweetest visit and in that time my little two year old took to his newfound cousins!

I used Scrapbook Steals Mid Week Mojo Topaz-2 Sketch. There was also a challenge to use stitching on our layouts. Love.

I received some scrappy mail from a super cute gal and in it was this awesome shimmery versamark. I rubbed the pad across the embossed image. I also cut out some "petals" on the flowers and backed it with coordinating papers.
