Water Colored Aqua Flowers Card

There was a great color challenge on the Create blog this month.

This is my take on it. Hope you're all having a great weekend. I have barely had time to sit still.
Tomorrow we have early church again and hopefully I'll be able to rest up...
um, oh yeah
I still have to put ALL of my Christmas stuff away. :(

Watercolored Easter Egg

This week's challenge over at the CREATE blog is to make and Easter card. I love this egg image and I used SU watercolor wonder crayons to fill it in. Hope you're all having a bright and shiny Monday.

Create Blog Challenge: Confetti Rainbow

This weeks challenge was to use confetti on your card.
I had so much fun making this card. I've had this idea in my head for a while...to do some pointalism styled cards with my paper scraps. I just dug into my color coordinated scrap bags and punched my little heart out. I thought a rainbow would be perfect for the upcoming St. Patrick's holiday...no pot o' gold here though :)

I also continued the theme by adding dots here and there with my bullet tip Zig markers. The cloud stamps are from Hero Arts/Studio Calico. They fit perfectly into the fiskars cloud punches. I hand drew the hillsides with grass sprouts and then used my x-acto to cut them out.
Today has been a really good day. Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to make some time to create.

CREATE challenge: Rolled Paper Card

Hello there my lovelies. I hope you are well and that you're enjoying your day. I had a yummylicious cake yesterday and made this card for a friend. I used Lillybee, DCWV, and Authentique papers.

I love the dimension rolling the paper gives.
Hope your day is sweet.

Hi There Foxy!

Hello there. I saw the new challenge on the CREATE blog to make a card with a fox image and off I went in search of a cute image to use. There isn't much to choose from online but I did find this cute li'l guy from dragonart.com.

Bot of these trims were found in the dollar bin at Michael's. I have such a hard time resisting that darn bin!!

American Crafts fabric thickers are a dream.

Here's a little close up of Foxy. I love the way the watercoloring came out. PLUS orange is my favorite color.
BIG NEWS!!! I also have a tutorial up on Authentique Paper's blog today on how to alter alpha letters to fit any project you may have. Go check it out!!!
Hope you have a super day. Make some time to create!
I'm also linking this card up to Cute Card Thursday's "anything goes" challenge #182.
