Congratulations on your new little monkey!

Lookee what my hubby made for me. I only had to
beg for four or so months. He is so talented with a table saw. I love that man! Anyways I am so excited to have my ink shelf, ah, to have everything at an arm's length. I just need to fill in those empty spaces, hahaha. BTW the top row of slots is too tight for ink pads, any suggestions?I am such a LUCKY LADY!

So here's my take on Beate's latest sketch. This paper was so fun to work with and so was this Changito image. I used my blender pen and my Rouge colorbox cat eye ink to color in the little dear. Waterbrush and Soft Sky to give the image depth. I sewed a grid on the green circle to tie it in with the paper. On the inside it says, "On your new little monkey." Four of my friends had baby girls last week, in succession.

I LOVE your shelf! (Green with Envy) how much would he charge for one?

Does your versamark pad fit in the top slot? or stazon? Maybe your clear acrylic blocks?

Erica had great suggestions! I would say if you're reaaaally trying to fill the slots, you could always place ribbon spools in there. LOL, not that it would make sense to put them there, but they'd do the job!

You are so lucky to have a handy husband... I love my hubby to death, but I'm more of the do-it-yourselfer than he is. LOL

Love your card, too! Great colors, papers, and that image is too cute!

Yeah! I can post a comment. For some reason I couldn't get it to work yesterday. Anyway--Lucky You! Your new stamp pad storage is awesome! What a good husband. I love the card too. Very cute! I'm glad there are people out there having girls so my boys will have someone to marry when they grow up. ;)

What an awesome shelf unit!! Your hubby could totally sell those to all of us crazy stampers :) I'm also loving the card. Great colors, and that monkey stamp is too funny. I posted a card today myself. Hop on over and check it out!
